CVL was founded by Michael R. Collins, a former insurance defense attorney who spent years watching carriers underpay, delay, and deny legitimate claims. In 2006, he switched sides — and has never looked back.
What started as a two-attorney boutique in Miami has grown into a nationwide practice with offices in eight states. But our philosophy has never changed: every client gets a licensed attorney assigned to their case from day one, with direct access and transparent communication throughout.
